Paul Glen - Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications	B.Sc, ACA
Career history	Paul started his career with KPMG in 1982. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he joined Legal & General where he held a variety of senior financial roles in Life and Pensions before becoming Managing Director of their General Insurance business in 1997. In 2000 Paul joined Australian owned insurer, QBE as CEO of their European London Market business. In 2005 he joined Xchanging Ltd, a business process outsourcer specialising in the banking and insurance sectors.
Current responsibilities & date of appointment	Paul was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cardif Pinnacle in August 2006. He chairs the Executive Director's Group and provides strategic direction with the help of his colleagues on the Main Board. His primary objective is to deliver continued profitable growth of the business by developing new and existing client relationships.

Andy Swain - Chief Commercial Officer
Qualifications	B.Ed
Career history	Andy Swain entered the world of General Insurance in 1979 as European Trainer for Pat Ryan and Associates before moving into sales management with Ryan Insurance, a role that led to his appointment as Joint Managing Director of Lombard Dealer Services. Prior to forming his own consultancy in 2001, Andy was also Sales Director of London General Holdings (Creditor and Warranty) and Managing Director of Aon Resource Group with responsibility for the development of General Insurance products.
Current responsibilities & date of appointment	Having provided consultancy to Cardif Group in respect of Global Product development, Andy was invited to join Cardif Pinnacle as Head of Warranty Sales in 2005. He was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in April 2006 with Executive responsibility for Cardif Pinnacle Group Sales and Marketing.

Tony Dreyer - Group Financial Director
Qualifications	A.C.C.A. and F.C.C.A.
Career history	Leaving University with an Honours Degree in Accounting, Tony Dreyer commenced his career with Chartered Accountants, Fryer Whitehill, before progressing into financial management with Dresser Europe SA, Norman Insurance and Dunclare Dispensers. He joined Pinnacle Insurance in 1986 and was appointed Finance Director in 1989.
Current responsibilities & date of appointment	Tony was appointed Group Finance Director in 2000 and has responsibility for financial functions and reporting within the Cardif Pinnacle group of companies.

Adam Golding - Finance Director
Qualifications	F.C.A.
Career history	Adam Golding has been working in the insurance industry since January 1991. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in 1994, with whom he worked in London and Sydney until 1998. Before leaving to join Cardif Pinnacle, Adam was with QBE in London where he worked as Head of Finance for their UK company and Lloyds operations.
Current responsibilities & date of appointment	Adam joined the Cardif Pinnacle team in July 2007 and has Main Board responsibility for financial functions and reporting within the Cardif Pinnacle group of companies.

John Castagno - Product Development and Marketing Director
Qualifications	ACII
Career history	Before his move to Cardif Pinnacle John held senior positions with a number of other insurers: Managing Director of Legal & Generals General Insurance business; General Manager of Marketing at BUPA; Chief Executive of GAB Robbins and, latterly, Managing Director of Equity Groups Direct Broking Business.
Current responsibilities & date of appointment	As Product Development and Marketing Director, John works closely with colleagues in the Executive Management Group to identify, research and implement product and marketing strategies. His primary responsibilities are the business development and performance of Direct & Affinity Marketing and our Contact Centre, Financial Telemarketing Services. He works closely with the DAM and FTS sales teams to identify new business opportunities, to deepen existing client relationships, and to develop Cardif Pinnacles direct-to-consumer acquisition strategy. John Castagno joined Cardif Pinnacle in July 2007.

Gerald Raingold - Non-Executive Director
Qualifications	FCA, F.Inst.D.,.MSc., Sloan Fellow of the London Business School (One year MBA programme).
Career history	Before joining Pinnacle Insurance, Gerald was Deputy Managing Director of Paribas London, responsible for the development of global investment banking; prior to Paribas he was with Coopers & Lybrand (Paris and Boston, USA), Wallace Brothers and Midland Montague. In addition to his current role with Cardif Pinnacle, Gerald is also Chairman of the investment banking and corporate advisory arm of financial services group, Dawnay Day and a non-executive director of UK bedding group, Simmons Holdings plc.
Current responsibilities & date of appointment	Gerald's involvement with Cardif Pinnacle stems back to 1991 when he advised Cardif SA. of France about their acquisition of Pinnacle. He joined the board of Pinnacle Insurance as a non-executive Director in 1995.

Robert Mee - Non-Executive Director
Qualifications	F.C.I.B.S
Career history	After qualifying as a Taxation Accountant Robert joined Bank of Scotland Group where he held a variety of senior roles on his way to becoming Deputy Chief Executive of HBOS Retail. He left HBOS in 2002 to pursue a career working with companies in a non-executive role.
Current responsibilities & date of appointment	Robert currently holds a non-executive Directorship with London Scottish Bank in addition to his role with the Cardif Pinnacle Group Board where he serves on the Renumeration Committee and Chairs the Audit Committee.
